PMS and HERBS

What is mean by PMS? Premenstrual Syndrome is simplifically called as “PMS”. It means a set of specific symptoms are started with before the menstrual period. Most of the teen girls and women may be experienced the PMS symptoms before that period. PMS symptoms are included as fluid retention, weight gain, sudden mood swings, irritability and fatigue etc. It is relieved by consult with doctor. The doctors are commonly suggested to relief that symptoms by using the herbal products.

Herbs for PMS:

The Herbal products are produced by natural fruits seeds and herbal green leaves. It helps to relieve major several symptoms without any side effects. So, Most of the doctors are recommended to this products.

  • Liver-Regulating Herbs:

The important three herbal products are Dandelion root, Fringe tree root and bark, Burdock root. These herbs are aided with nutrients and energy foods. Ginger root, Ginseng rhizome, red Korean of Chinese. It is a combination of ginseng and ginger in a tea. It is helps to relief cold, stomach ulcers, fatigued with digestion problems.

  • PMS Tea:

It consists of Vitex Berry, Burdock Root, Wild Yam Root, Dandelion Root, and Feverfew Leaf and combined with water. Then it boils as well. It can be used for daily two times. It helps to relieve tension, depression, irritability etc.

The massage oil contains vegetables oil, lavender essential oil, Clary sage essential oils. It can be used to relief the physical symptoms for PMS.
